Kitchen Countertops

In this section, you can find a variety of photos, of some of the kitchen countertops that we manufacture in Nicosia, Cyprus.

The main materials used for kitchen countertops are granite, quartz stone and ceramic porcelain slabs.

Granite is a natural material. Each granite slab is unique. Although is does not have the uniform colour like quartz, it comes in a variety of colours prices. There are friendly choices for customers with a low-budget.

In contrast Quartz is actually harder than granite and thus, more durable. In fact, quartz is nearly indestructible, and because it isn’t porous like granite, it’s easy to keep your countertops relatively bacteria-free. Be careful with cooking pans though: Quartz can be damaged by excessive heat, so use heating pads at all times. The average size of a Quartz slab is approximate 305x124cm with thickness 3cm.

On the other hand Ceramic Porcelain Slabs is the latest trend in kitchen coutnertops. Ceramic Porcelain Slabs are heat resistant, non-porous, resistant to wear and tear and scratches and are easy to clean. They come in a variety of colours and prints. The average size of ceramic porcelain slab is 162x324cm with thickness options of 6mm, 12mm and 20mm. This means that your kitchen or your island table, depending on its size of course, will have fewer connection points
